ATLANTIC.NET ANNOUNCEMENTS
Office hours
of our Gainesville, FL headquarters have changed to 8am to 5pm, Monday through
Friday. Please make a note of this
when calling or visiting.
Our
Aiken, SC satellite office has moved to a new location.
The new address is 215 Richland Avenue West, in downtown Aiken.
New office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and 10am to 2pm
Saturday. Phone & fax numbers
have not changed.
Also,
our satellite office in Spring Hill, FL will be closed until further notice.
Please mail all payments to the main Gainesville address listed on your
periodic invoice. To change your
payment method to credit card or automatic bank debit, please call Member
Services at 1-800-921-9328.

NEW
WEB DESIGN SERVICES
We are pleased to announce that enhanced Web design services
are now available to business customers throughout our service area. Full-time Web
designers are now on staff in our Gainesville, FL headquarters and Aiken, SC
satellite office. For more

MAKING PAYMENTS
We
would like to remind all members that payments are due prior to the first date
of the service period listed on your statement. For example, payment for service beginning October 1st
is due on or before September 30th. For your convenience, we
have several payment options:

ACCESSING
ATLANTIC.NET
Atlantic.Net's 56K & ISDN dial-up access services, running over our Cisco
Powered Network, are now available to subscribers in over 70 cities throughout Florida, Georgia, Alabama,
Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Mississippi. Find a complete listing of all our

You can use your account to dial-in from any of the cities where we offer local access (if you go there on vacation, move, etc.). In addition, you may refer new users (family, friends, etc.) who live in any of these cities and earn a free month of access for yourself.

On Saturday, October 7th we will be at the Pensacola (FL) Macintosh User
Group. The meeting begins at 12:30pm.
The topic is an “Introduction to the Internet”, followed by a brief
discussion on the future of the Internet. For

Monday, October 9th Atlantic.Net will be at the Hernando Computer Club beginning
at 7 P.M. in Brooksville, FL conducting our ongoing series on HTML. For

Tuesday, October 10th Atlantic.Net will be in Atlanta, GA speaking to the
Atlanta IBM PC User Group. The

We encourage all of our members to
check their e-mail periodically. You can use Atlantic.Net
Webmail to check your
e-mail from any Internet-connected computer, or through a variety
of commercial e-mail programs such as Netscape Communicator,
Microsoft Outlook Express or Eudora Pro. For more information
about using or configuring your Atlantic.Net e-mail, please call

Site.
If you would prefer to have us send important information, such as billing messages or service updates, to an e-mail address other than your primary Atlantic.Net mailbox, please send a note to our Billing Department or call Member Services with the information.
SIGN
UP FOR DIRECT PAYMENT
If you normally pay your
Atlantic.Net service fees by check, you may want to consider
changing your billing method to credit card or direct bank debit.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Paying
automatically is easy and saves money by paying monthly instead
of quarterly. For those members who would like to continue paying
by check, you may choose to have your invoice sent via
