This newsletter is sent to Atlantic.Net members each month to provide information on what's happening here at Atlantic.Net. We hope to use it to keep you better informed and to get your input on topics of interest. We are working on being the best Internet provider anywhere, and with your input we will get there!

WELCOME TO OUR NEW MEMBERS!
In the past month we completed our ninth acquisition of an Internet provider, VolusiaNet, which served customers primarily in Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach. ACCESSING ATLANTIC.NET
A complete listing of our current POPs (Points-of-Presence) is available here.   Remember that you can use your account to dial-in from any of the cities where we offer local access (if you go there on vacation, move, etc.). In addition, you may refer new users (family, friends, etc.) who live in any of these cities and earn a free month of access for yourself.  Note: Travel features and referral credits are not available to promotional account users.


UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If you have recently moved or gotten a new phone number, please let us know so we can update our records. Just e-mail Member Services or call 1-800-921-9328.


HOW TO CHANGE YOUR BILLING METHOD
If you normally pay your Atlantic.Net service fees by check, you may want to consider changing your billing method to credit card or direct bank debit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When paying automatically there are no invoice fees and no quarterly payments. For those members who would like to continue paying by check, you may now choose to have your invoice sent via e-mail instead of regular U.S. mail. NEW PHONE LINES
In the past month we've increased capacity in the following cities to better serve our members:  Brooksville, Lake City, New Port Richey, Palatka, Ocala and Gainesville.


ATLANTIC.NET ON THE ROAD
On March 16th, representatives from Atlantic.Net paid a visit to MCBUG (Marion County BBS and Computer Users Group). The presentation, which was held at the Discovery Science Center in downtown Ocala, discussed child safety on the Internet, Atlantic.Net's Internet technologies, Web hosting, and Web development.

On March 20th, Atlantic.Net will teach a class on Netscape Navigator, search engines and how to trade stocks over the Internet at the "On Top of the World" computer club in Ocala, FL. The meeting is open to "On Top of the World" residents. Interested parties may e-mail Barbara for more information.

The Hernando County Mac Users Group (HERMUG) will welcome Atlantic.Net reps on March 25th at 6:30pm for a discussion of Macintosh Internet connectivity, compatibility, and other issues. For more information about HERMUG please contact Al Hoffman at 352-597-8377.

On March 26th, Atlantic.Net will provide a presentation at the Crystal River Macintosh User's Group(CMUG) at 6:30pm. Topics to be discussed include Internet software, search engines, and Macintosh Internet compatibility issues. For more information please contact Al Petry.
